This treatment is for registration at a symposium organized by INSEE. It allows to know the registrants, to
check their payment and to send their invoice. There is no automated treatment

The data come from the registration, by the person wishing to register for the conference
Recipients of the data
The « Département des statistiques de court terme » and the « Direction du Système d’Information » are
the only recipients of the data.
There is no transfer of data outside the European Union.
Data retention period
INSEE keeps the data until 31 December 2019. The personal data will be destroyed, no claim will be
possible after this date.
